Ok, I figured that you might want to actually see this thing without those annoying purple clouds getting in the way. So here are some normal pictures of the Space Hearse along with my commentary about how I put it together.

These side, front, rear, and top views should give you an idea of the dimensions and features of the Space Hearse.

General features:

  • Forward-swept wings to offset the bulky rear section and, ummm, cargo
  • 5 engines, 3 underside and 2 old-school side type
  • Computer navigation system and Lifelessness-Support-System™
  • Stylish, sporty windshield, doors, and rear hatch
Hearse-ish features:
  • Decorative landau bars also act as robotic arms for attaching and transporting items (white "robot arms" attached to 1x1 side-stud bricks)
  • Luxurious quilted leather seating (black 4x1 log bricks)
  • Ornate drapery covers the casket area windows (white 2x1 "grill" bricks along with 1x1 cylindrical bricks and plates to represent their curling and draping over the seat back)
  • Casket skid plates allow easy loading and unloading (black 2x1 grill tiles)
  • Terrible gas mileage

Final closeup shot of the driver and one of the entire ship with a nice, clear, purple background. (Similar to the first one on the "final images" page, but without those annoying clouds!)

Still confused?
Coby's Ray-Traced Lego Mania: My other Lego/LGeo/POV-Ray projects.
Coby's Cheesy Homepage: Hmmm, I suppose that some of it won't be appropriate for the kiddies, but if you're ok with a toy hearse then you should be able to handle it!
My E-mail Address: Works great for sending e-mail. Not so great for steaming vegetables.

My lawyer has asked me to let you know that LEGO® is a trademark of the Lego Group. And furthermore, I have to tell you that the Lego Group does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this site. Maybe they will change their tune when they see the Space Hearse®! They will probably fire all of their designers and give me one of those robot dogs!

My lawyer has now told me not to get my hopes up about the robot dog. :(
